    Shipping Policy

    Shipping information

    Free shipping on orders $50.00 and above.
    Please allow 1-3 business days for Jaycee Naturals® to process and ship your order.
    We ship by USPS Ground Advantage and the shipping time is 3-5 days once the item has been shipped.
    We process and ship Monday through Saturday and are closed on Sundays and national holidays.
    We do not offer international shipping at this time.

    Return & Exchange Policy

    Canceling an Order

    You may cancel an order before it ships from our facility. 

    Returns and Exchanges

    Once an order has shipped from our facility, we do not grant requests for cancellations, returns or exchanges.

    Damaged or Defective Shipments and/or Products

    Please inspect your shipment when it arrives. 
    Orders damaged during shipment must have a claim filed with USPS prior to resolution.
    If the damage is done to the product in a way that has broken the seal or made the product unusable, please send an email to contact@jayceenaturals.com.

    Please follow the instructions below:

    •    Include the order number on the subject line of the email.
    •    In the body of the email, please describe in detail the damage to the product.
    •    Please include clear images of the damage to the product. 

    Once your email is received, a member of our team will contact you within 48 business hours.

    Lost/Stolen Packages

    Please secure a safe place for your packages to arrive.

    We also urge you to double check your shipping address. If your address is incorrect and the shipment has been returned to us, it will be your responsibility to settle balances associated with re-shipping.

    Once an order has shipped from our facility, Jaycee Naturals™ is no longer responsible for that shipment. 


    Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.

    If your package has been lost/stolen, please file a claim with the carrier listed on your shipping notification.
