Do you offer sample sizes?

We typically will not offer sample sizes. During times of promotion, sample sizes may be available for featured products. ​

What is the shelf life of your products?

We recommend that you use our products within 18 months of purchasing.

Do you use preservatives?

To ensure you are receiving products that are safe for use, we do use preservatives to prevent the growth of harmful bacteria and/or mold.

Does your products contain parabens?

No. Our products are free of parabens.

I have locs. What product can I use?

Each person is different, and what may work for one person may not work for you. For locs, we have crafted several products that would be ideal for daily maintenance, styling and cleansing. Hydrate Me is designed to combat dryness in locs, Clarify Me is designed to remove build-up in locs, and Nourish Me is designed to lightly soothe the scalp and seal in moisture. I have sisterlocs. What products can I use?

I have a finer texture of hair/loose curls. Can I use your products?

 Several products in our product line would suit your hair texture. Please be sure to read the descriptions of our products.

What is the difference between Soften Me and Moisturize Me?

 Soften Me is a non-water-based creamy hair butter that leaves your hair super soft and moisturized for days. Moisturize Me is a water-based hair cream that can be used as a daily moisturizer for your hair.

What is the L.O.C. method?

 The L.O.C method consists of layering 3 products in the following order: liquid, oil and cream. Some prefer the L.C.O. method, which simply changes the order to liquid, cream, and oil. We offer several products which can be used for the L.O.C. and L.C.O. methods. 

What do I do if I have an allergic reaction to your product?

We recommend discontinuing use immediately and visiting your primary physician to determine what ingredient is the source of your allergy.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal and Apple Pay.

Do you accept gift cards?

 Yes, we do. Additionally, our gift cards are available for sale on our website.

How long will it take for my items to ship?

Our standard handling time is up to 3 days. Typically, orders will ship within 48 hours.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. You will receive free shipping for any order over $50.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

 Not at this time.

How do I update or cancel my order?

Do you accept returns?

We cannot accept returns once the order has shipped and a tracking number has been provided. If the order has not yet shipped, we can cancel your order and issue a full refund.

My order never arrived. Now what?

Once we have shipped the order and provided a tracking number, we can no longer control what happens to the package. We advise you to contact the postal service.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally at this time. Our shipping is limited to Canada and the USA.
